Oil Terminal Pipeline Solution
The customer based in Ghana contacted us for a pipeline solution for a new oil terminal at Takoradi.
Currently the bunker fuel is delivered to ships at the port either by road tank wagon (RTW) or by barge. Supplying marine gasoil (MGO) to offshore oil and gas supply vessels.
The wharf at the fishing harbour at Tema has a 300 metre pipeline which is used to bunker vessels with a draft not exceeding 7.5 m. However, there are not yet any pipeline facilities at Tema's main port.
Most of the inshore bunkering is currently fulfilled using three storage tanks with a total capacity of 2,400 cubic meters, but the amount of storage space is inadequate to provide a full bunkering service and a sufficiently wide range of fuels required.

One of the world’s largest heat exchange manufacturers contacted us to recommend suitable expansion joints for a replacement system which will be installed within an ammonia plant in Indonesia. The system operates at a temperature of 300 degrees Celsius and a pressure of 52 bar.
